Welcome to Oracle Bliss Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website at https://oracleblissco.com.au and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping, Return, and Privacy policies. Please read them carefully.



1. About Our Products


All items sold by Oracle Bliss Co are handcrafted artisanal candles and home fragrance goods. Because every product is handmade and poured individually, slight natural variations in colour, texture, scent intensity, or design may occur between batches. These differences are part of the unique, handcrafted nature of our work and are not considered defects or faults.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but due to screen and display differences, actual items may vary slightly from what you see online.



2. Orders, Pricing & Payment


  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
  • Payment: Payment is required in full at the time you place your order. We accept secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment details are processed through secure payment gateways; we do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
  • Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This does not mean your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed and processing begins, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations — please contact us immediately if you need to adjust your order.



3. Shipping & Delivery


  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping Costs: We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide on all orders, with  minimum spend of $120 required.
  • Local Delivery: Local delivery is available for eligible areas within Sydney and surrounding regions. Options and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on your location and courier performance. While we work with reliable carriers, delivery dates are estimates only — delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
  • Risk & Title: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier. Ownership of products passes to you once we receive full payment.



4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds


  • Refund Policy: As stated in our Return Policy, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or once an order has been dispatched. This is because our items are handmade, made-to-order, and crafted specifically for you.
  • Replacements: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your item, or if there is any issue with quality, scent, or condition — we are happy to send you a brand new replacement product of your choice from our full range of candles and artisan goods, completely free of charge. Simply contact us with details, and we will arrange this for you promptly.
  • Australian Consumer Law: Our policies operate alongside your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.



5. Product Safety & Use


All our candles and products are made with high-quality, non-toxic, and safe ingredients. Every item includes printed safety instructions for use. You agree to:

  • Follow all safety guidelines provided with your product.
  • Use our products only for their intended purpose.
  • Supervise burning candles at all times, keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.



6. Intellectual Property


All content on our website — including text, images, designs, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and branding — is the property of Oracle Bliss Co. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without our written permission.



7. Privacy


Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined there.



8. Limitation of Liability


Oracle Bliss Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product you bought.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law


These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
