Oracle Bliss Co ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you shop with us.

We collect your name, contact details, shipping address, and order information solely to process and fulfil your orders, and to send you order updates such as shipping confirmations. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers) or as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@oracleblissco.com.au.

By placing an order with Oracle Bliss Co you agree to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required.

Our handcrafted cement vessels and candles are made in small batches; natural variation in colour and finish is a feature of the product and not a defect. Burn candles responsibly and never leave a lit candle unattended.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney atelier. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and free on orders over $150.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we accept returns only for damaged or faulty items. Please contact info@oracleblissco.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For custom event and wholesale orders, terms are confirmed at the time of quoting.
